Overview
The Zendesk dataset imports changes on each run by looking at the newest object and retrieving only newer objects. This template allows you to purge a subset or all data from one or more tables within the dataset.
- Purge an entire set of objects to initiate a full sync again
- Purge old historical data that is no longer needed
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS TEMPLATE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DOING. RATHER THAN PURGING DATA FROM THE DATASET, DELETE THE DATASET INSTEAD.
How it works
This template allows you to select a time period in addition to a set of objects you wish to purge from the dataset.
