Overview
This is a dataset template for Zendesk. This dataset allows high performance queries to execute within automations for Zendesk.
In addition to usage by templates published within Voleer, you can also connect PowerBI directly to this dataset for visualization and reporting. Unlike PowerBI connectors which can only be used by PowerBI Desktop and refreshed manually, this Zendesk dataset allows connections from PowerBI Cloud resulting in cloud-to-cloud data refresh automatically.

Requirements
Getting started
Launch the Import Zendesk Support Dataset template from the library and follow the instructions. Depending on the amount of ticket volume you have, the import process can take a few hours or a few days to import. Once your initial sync has completed successfully, subsequent syncs are relatively quick.
We recommend waiting for the initial sync to complete before running other Zendesk templates against this dataset to ensure you have accurate data to run against.
